Blue Dolphin Swim Team (BDST) is a year-round USA Swimming club competing in Pacific Northwest Swimming. Its coaching staff, members of the American Swimming Coaches Association, take swimmers from novice through national-level competition. Training is organized in progressive squads — Levels 1 through 4 for developing swimmers, an S-Team for athletes 8 and over who have hit PNS qualifying standards, and an Age Group squad for older swimmers focused on conditioning rather than competition. The team's largest block of practices runs at the Sammamish YMCA, with additional lanes at Julius Boehm Pool in Issaquah, Strattonwood Swim Club in Redmond, and the Bothell YMCA. The 2026-2027 season runs September through July.
