The City of Bellevue's year-round indoor aquatic center runs its own progressive swim lessons in a 92-degree Warm Springs teaching pool and the six-lane Blue Lagoon lap pool, covering parent-and-child, toddler transition, preschool 1-3, youth 1-6 and private lessons. It also offers teen water-safety pathways: Lifeguard Development Training (recommended age 14+) as preparation, and an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification course for ages 15 and up.
