British Swim School runs its own learn-to-swim program out of Mary Wayte Pool on Mercer Island, currently on a Saturday afternoon schedule. The survival-first curriculum starts with water acclimation and floating and progresses through Tadpole, Swimboree, Minnow, Turtle and Shark levels into full stroke development, using a warm indoor pool and small class sizes.
