Bothell Parks & Recreation does not staff its own instructors for youth athletics; instead the department books "Parks Partner" operators into city parks and sportsfields each season and handles the listings itself. The current partners are Kidz Love Soccer, whose co-ed classes take beginners from about age 3.5 up to 10 and focus on sportsmanship and confidence over competition, and Skyhawks Sports Academy, which runs introductory camps and clinics in baseball, basketball, cheerleading, flag football, golf, lacrosse, soccer and multi-sport for roughly ages 3.5 to 12. These are seasonal spring and summer offerings run outdoors at Bothell park and sportsfield sites, not a year-round indoor program, and registration goes through each partner rather than the City.
