Community theatre whose education programme runs seasonal youth classes taught by professional theatre educators. Crafting a Show is a week-long summer camp for ages 12-17 in which students collaboratively write, direct, design and perform an original short play inspired by a Shakespeare comedy; half-day mid-winter break classes serve 3rd-5th and 6th-8th graders. Sessions cover acting, improv, playwriting, directing, stagecraft and stage management and finish with a showcase for families. Scholarships available.
